The registration process

In order to register your child as a player for Pinnstars FC we need to obtain certain information about you as a parent/guardian and then the player. To do this, we need you to complete the online registration; it should take no more than 10 minutes. (note documents will be requested so that we can register you child to play in the league season)

The process is up-to 3 simple steps.

• Step 1 – Pitchero registration
• Step 2 – Evidence of date of birth
• Step 3 – Current photo

To complete this process you will need

• A current digital passport photo (please check the guideline on step 3)
• A photocopy of their birth certificate or passport

For the 2021-22 Season

Age groups
A player’s age group is identified in accordance with the table below.

The FA have issued a ruling to ensure consistency of application across the whole country. Essentially the age group that a player joins is determined by his or her date of birth. The key date is 31st August and the chart below shows which age group applies for next season.

Registration fees

• Sibling discount – You will pay the full rate for the first child that you register and you will receive a £10 discount on every subsequent child you register.
• We encourage you to pay online. (note payment will be collected by GoCardless via a one-off Direct Debit).
• Cash will not be accepted.
• If you are struggling to pay fees, please contact any of our Committee.
• If you have outstanding fees from the previous season, you will not be permitted to register for the current season until such fees are paid.
• Failure to pay your fees on time or maintain payments will result in temporary suspension from the team.
